Custom Chrome’s dynamically growing Sales force has an immediate career opportunity available for an Inside Sales Representative at our corporate office in Morgan Hill, California. Custom Chrome is a preferred partner in the wholesale distribution of aftermarket parts, accessories, and apparel for all categories of motorcycle markets. We are also the world’s finest wholesale distributor of aftermarket parts and accessories for Harley Davidson motorcycles.
The Inside Sales Representative will report to the Call Center Manager and interact with all fellow members of the Sales team.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
• Make outbound lead follow-up calls to potential and existing customers by telephone and e-mail to qualify leads and sell products.
• Handle inbound sales lead calls to convert calls into sales.
• Overcome technical and business objections of prospective customers.
• Provide product demos to qualified customers on request.
• Quote prices and credit terms and prepares sales orders for orders obtained.
• Estimate date-of-delivery to customer, based on knowledge of own firm’s production and delivery schedules.
• Build and maintain customer relationships.
• Prepare reports of business transactions.
• Enter new customer data and other sales data for current customers into computer database.
• Work with outside Regional Sales Managers to keep account activities and literature up-to-date.
• May be required to travel and attend trade shows.
• All other tasks as assigned.

Requirements:
Good computer skills and organizational skills are a must.
Motorcycle knowledge is required.
Pro-active sales calls of at least 15 hours a week is required.
Ability to follow instruction is a MUST.

This is a full-time, non-exempt, hourly plus-commission position.
