Looking for an high energy Motorcycle enthusiast that has the desire to handle heavy out going sales cold calls in addition to serving current customer needs. This individual should be able to set appt. for the Sales Manager/Owner, have parts knowledge to upsell orders and the ability to answer questions regarding the parts and technical issues on all products we sell and market.
Normal hours are 7 to 4 M-F, however, as a salaried employee, there are some weekends, trade show/travel and periodic needs to work past 4. Someone with an entreprenurial spirit that will take ownership in his/her daily responsibilities and be willing to go the "extra" mile to help make the company successful.
We seek a self starter for this long time company that is currently planning for significant growth during 2008.
The company presently is in Anaheim but soon could be relocating to the Mission Viejo/Foothill Ranch area.
A salary and commission program can be negotiated for the right individual that will mirror the growth of the company. Starting Base Salary between, $30K - $35K, with the options to make $50K the first year, and $75K the second year, which would include, base, commissions and bonus. The third year could include a company profit program to make this position value over $100K, should the right candidate be willing to grow financially with the growth of the company.
Must be computer literate, have good phone skills, a team player, a good adjustor to change, and someone dedicated to customer service.
Currently we produce product primarily for the V-Twin Market, some Metric Cruiser products and soon to introduce a Sport Bike Rear Set. Some experience in the industry is helpful, yet, knowledge of motorcycles is a must.
