We currently seek qualified professionals for the position of BRAND AMBASSADOR. In this position you are responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key customers in order to maximize sales and profit and to ensure proper execution of programs. You will be the expert in merchandising the client’s product lines and training dealerships on the product lines.
ABOUT YOU: You are passionate about power-sports, ideally ATVs!! You are a customer advocate, and an on-boarding superstar! You are a road warrior! You understand how to build relationships with dealerships and understand the importance of merchandising hard goods. You are a strategic advisor for the dealerships, and you have a “take charge” attitude with proven leadership responsibilities. You know how to merchandise parts & accessories (hard goods) and make displays win-win for both the client and dealerships. And last but not least, you’re reading this job description and you realize you have a big smile on your face!
RESPONSIBILITIES • Build high level consultative relationships with dealerships and district/regional managers • Build and execute displays for ATVs and other utility vehicles • Develop and deliver visual presentations with hard goods • Partner with dealerships to coordinate the execution of projects addressing client’s objectives • Gather & Analyze data, translate this information into actionable steps for client, and revise projects as applicable • Review business results with client at pre-determined frequencies • Provide frequent communication of client needs to management staff

REQUIREMENTS • Must be passionate about power-sports (ATV is a plus!), be a performance “user”, willing to participate in most outdoor activities, and speak first hand on the power-sports industry • Desire and ability to travel a great deal in/out of state to service approximately 50 retailers • 2 years experience in hard goods merchandising with a focus on visual merchandising, following basic guidelines and creativity in display of product • Proven success in covering a territory, managing time & working independently • Demonstrated experience delivering presentations and training to any number of individuals • Confident and comfortable with public speaking—excellent verbal and written communication skills • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills • Must possess reliable vehicle with current auto insurance • Must be able to use a computer to for data entry, download/upload and manipulate digital photos • Must possess a reliable digital camera with a date stamp, color picture, and jpeg capacity
